Press Refund Policy

At Press, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns & Refunds
    •    Eligibility for Refunds:
    •    Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    •    Sale items, custom designs, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
    •    How to Request a Refund:
    1.    Email trevor@pressunlimited.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    If eligible, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or return instructions.
    3.    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
    •    Shipping Costs:
    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    •    Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
